When Paul and I (Retha) took over Allways Drops, the product had potential but trust had been shaken, stock was low, and systems were... not great. We rolled up our sleeves, answered every email ourselves, and started pouring flavor and love back into the brand.

But let me rewind for a second.

Both Paul and I left our jobs to build this business. Scary? Absolutely. I had a six-figure job that I walked away from to become a first-time business owner. That is not a small leap. Especially when you're buying a business that isn’t even making enough to pay you yet.

The first time I tasted the drops, though, I knew I wanted to be part of this company. I remember being on the phone with Paul as we were both tasting them for the first time and I literally said, “Oh crap! These are good!” And I meant it. The “oh crap” part? That was fear talking. Because I knew in that moment, we were about to jump all in.

I fell in love with the product right away. And I knew I wanted to help it grow into everything it could be.

We knew people wanted better water without the sugar and junk. And we were ready to deliver.

Paul and I have big goals. First, we’re laser focused on customer experience. That means rebuilding trust, making it right, and creating a community of flavor lovers who know we’ve got their backs. Second, we’re improving existing flavors and constantly working on new ones. And third, we’re dreaming even bigger. We’re creating product lines that go beyond flavoring water because we know hydration is just the beginning.
